MC3200; Customer trying Manually Add a Telnet Client License but it fails.

Hi there

A client has bought a Wavelink 2-i-1 client generic licens

and when he's trying to insert his licens via the "Manually Add a Telnet Client License" guide you have in your Authorization Instructions.

but then the client is met with the picture below.

Any of you got any suggestions?
