How do I configure the ESC and yes and no buttons on Symbol MT2090 running Telnet CE 7395

I have a Symbol MT2090 and installed the Wavelink Telnet CE 7395 client.  I connect to the terminal session ok but have found that the ESC key does not work to go back. I also need to configure Yes/No buttons. Any help would be most appreciated, thank you
